4 scallions (White and light green parts only) 1 medium tomato1 medium tomato, peeled and seeded 1 small white onion, peeled 2 fresh hot peppers with stems and seeds removed. The pepper depends on the spice level you want. 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves 3 tablespoons white vinigar. Add more to taste and consistancy. 1/4 teaspoon salt Chop everything up into small pieces and mix together. Let it sit for an hour before serving.
